I have a great many of my own, but you seem like a reputable Terran... not to mention, I feel like I can identify with a fellow father.

1) Could you explain what that guide means by there normally being 'limitations' on abilities?

2) I understand the current situation is different than the norm; how?

3) ...What is the average technological level of this settlement?
