I believe that there should be a force to knock around trouble-makers if they jepordize the mission or the safety of the citizens here. As to the real problems... Well, honestly, I need more information. I know next to nothing about Diavolo or Dio's capabilities other than hearsay.

If we have anyone capable of tailing these individuals safely, I suggest we use them in order to keep tabs on their location.

Aside from them... the only open villains I know of are a group of people that identify as the 'Noah' -- or more specifically, that a group called the 'Exorcists' have identified ad such -- and a group that identified as 'Schwarz.' As to the later, I am uncertain as to if any remain, but to the former I believe there are still some of these 'Noah' here and we frankly need more information on them as well. We should enlist the help and/or opinions of these 'Exorcists.' ...Though, I have noticed they have something of a penchant for post-justified independent action. They too are potential hazards because of this, particularly if they independently engage these 'Noah' forces.

As to other potentially dangerous sorts... They are all slowly fitting into one group. The people related to something known as the 'Underground,' Zelman Clock and his associates, and Mello and his associates. Furthermore, I would include a woman named 'Tarei,' but I believe she signed one of the expedition parties... and thus she's not a (major) concern.

...Also, and organization known as the 'SOS-Brigade' may prove a headache. I don't think them dangerous, merely radical and... sickly playful.

We have many flying units as well, so I propose we use a currior system to keep in contact with the main groups as opposed to these journals on the off-chance there are still Malnosso forces monitoring them. In addition to this, it is highly probable that enemy forces within the ranks of the captives will be monitoring them as well. Given that we are able to speak with animals... we should inquire as to if anyone has a good relationship with the local birds.

...There is one more thing. I don't think we can depend on the clinic.

So then we need to contact these "Exorcist" people. Also, a housemate of mine, Misa, I know she's had contact with Mello. I'll ask her if she knows anything. Sorry to say, I know even less than you about the others; apparently we have some digging to do.

There are some people who've been ordered to stay here that can teleport; at least one that I know of. If I can get a better grasp of what exactly it is he can do, he can probably work as our go-between.

The healers in general, or the building as a shelter?

As to names of them -- Allen Walker, Lenalee Li, Kanda, and... another man who I seem to be blanking on the name of. Allow me to check my notes... And yes, that would be most helpful -- and while you're at it, inquire to her about Zelman Clock as well. I believe that Mello had meetings with the man, so if she cavorts with Mello she might know something of him as well.

...On that subject, there was another vampire named Edward Cullen that Sir Silverbeg was in contact with. I believe he could be and asset if he were to join that police force I mentioned.

You know of some? Excellent. That'll be very beneficial.

Both, actually. The 'owner' of the clinic is named Lute, who I believe is remaining there, but previous events have told us that both of the main keepers of the clinic, Lute and Kamui, are prone to impulsive behavior in crisis situations. I believe is high possible -- I would say probable -- they will neglect their duties and do something rash. And seeing as how most of our healers have been displaced... We might need to find new ones, or see if any remain.

We should enlist the writer of the Luceti Chronicles, Hiyono Yuizaki, to our forces. I don't know how to say this... but if you know a good cook, I believe we can win her over instantly. She'll know where to find a lot of the supplies and people we'll need.

Edward Cullen...can't say I've heard of him, but I'm not exactly up on everyone here, anyways. But in regards to healers, I know Yuffie Kisaragi has an item from our world called materia and it can cast healing spells if someone from our world uses it. Also, Aerith is naturally a healer, and so it Stella...that's all I can think of right now, though. I'll try and talk to them and see if we can get a team built up.

...Tifa's a good cook, but do you really think that'll get her to help us...?

...My knowledge of vampires as a species is secondhand, but they appear to be by and large superhuman, and he appears to have a positive disposition. Having him as an ally might be beneficial.

Ah... wait. I believe Princess Ruto -- the one who lives near the lake -- mentioned she had abilities in that field as well. Though... I doubt we could enlist a noblewoman's help so easily, let alone a princes

And.. well.. yes. As comical as it sounds, it appears, at least in Luceti, Mi'lady Yuizaki's main form of 'currency' for deals is food. In particular, well-made food.
