[He won't be waiting long before she answers it and invites him in.]

Hey Jenny. [Cloud does indeed go inside, and waits for her to show him to where he can sit before doing so.]

I'll get right to the point. I've got some memories I can't handle, and I need them gone before something bad happens.

[She'll show him to the dining table, and grab a seat there, motioning for him to feel free to do them same.]

You said 4 years of memories though. Mind if I ask what memories are bothering you so much?

[Cloud takes a seat and a deep breath, folding his hands atop the table. Calm as possible, he tells Jenny about what had happened in Nibelheim, the four years of captivity and the year on the run.]

[She listens intently until he finishes, not interrupting for a moment, her facial expression not giving away any of her thoughts, and only nodding to indicate she was still listening. When he's done, she'll be silent for a moment in thought before speaking.]

I suppose I can see why you'd want to forget them, but are you sure you want to do this?

[She didn't need to know about Jenova's voice.]

[She nods to indicate she understands.]

Alright, in that case we can do this now if you're up for it.

[She nods before getting up and motioning him to follow her, knowing that this would be easier in the living room.]

You're just going to be put in a sleep-like state, and I'm going to convince your subconscious mind to do the rest. All that you need to do is relax.

Oh...right, okay. [Cloud does his best to settle himself down. He's not really nervous, per se, just...well, okay, he's nervous. Hopefully this wouldn't go wrong and turn him back into a fourteen-year-old.]

[She's noticing this.]

Cloud, calm down. There's nothing to be nervous about. Just try to relax as best you can.

All right, all right. [Calming down is a go.]

Okay, good. Now close your eyes, relax, and listen to my voice.

[Her voice is becoming calm, and mellow as she speaks.]

[Oh hey, that's very soothing.]

[That's the whole point. She's going to continue talking that way until this whole thing is over.]

[Yeah, but she's trying to put him in a trance, not put him completely to sleep.]

Now, I'm going to count back from ten, when I reach 5, you're going to feel consciousness fading, and when I reach one, you'll be asleep, but you'll still be able to hear my voice.

[With that, she starts slowly counting backwards.]
