Okay, last time I really didn't explain myself well. This is for any kids that feel they want someone around to help out; like fixing things, cooking, for any reason. This isn't any kind of...I don't know, like collection thing. Child services. What it would be is anybody who doesn't mind moving into the apartments on the far east of the village, you guys would all take rooms over there. So you can still live with whoever you want. And then there would be some adults moving into apartments in the same building, so you'd have somebody close who's there to do stuff like get groceries and help you with anything you need. Again, if you don't want to do this, you're definitely in no way obligated to, nobody's coming after you, etc. Just for those who want to.

Raine...not the Raine I know. Other Raine. Married Raine. ...and her daughter. Wow, I didn't get anybody's names, I suck. Leonardo, No-ah Joo, Oswald and anybody else would wouldn't mind moving to the apartments near the shopping center and would like to help look after anyone who feels they need it, I'd like to talk with each of you. Off the journals, if that's fine; I'll come to you.

If there's any suggestions you want to make or anything, by all means. Definitely my first time doing something like this, so I've got no idea whether or not this is how you go about it.

...oh yeah; anybody who can help with the playground needs to contact Molly. She's running the show.

[Cloud sees that bruise on her cheek. He's going to reach up and gently touch it with his fingertips, frowning. Then, noticing the tatters of her dress around her shoulders and sides, he ducks his head and pulls his shirt over his head.]

[HELLO MANCHEST.]

Ah... Cloud?

[WHAT THIS IS WHAT A MAN DOES FOR A LADY OKAY] Here. You can't walk around like that, we're right next to the shopping plaza.

But you'll be... You won't have a shirt!

[Nevertheless, she takes the shirt. A little too quickly since this is really embarrassing, so it seems more like she's plain grabbing it out of his hands. Now, to show off the art of getting a shirt on with a baby in one arm. Thankfully, the shirt covers her look of pain when the fabric presses against her bruised cheek.]

[That baby is portable and can wait a second while Mama gets dressed. Cloud takes her before handing her back before she can even fuss.] Yeah, and I'm a guy. It's fine.

[Once it's on and Sophie's in her arms again, Stella looks down at the stairs. No, she is not going to look at Cloud's chest, she is not- Oh dammit, she is. How come she never realized just how toned he was? NO. NO STELLA EYES DOWN AT THE STAIRS AGAIN. FOCUS ON THE PAIN IF IT HELPS.]

If you insist...

[Just picture him in a dress Stella, that'll quell the urge to look.]

...can you walk? You didn't twist an ankle or anything did you?

I'm fine, I'm fine. [Even if she wasn't, she's reassure that she was. But she stands, Sophie in both arms and slowly calming down as she puts pressure on both feet, testing them out for injuries.] See? Fine.

[She's still looking at anything except him, though. Let's try the wall beside him- no she can still see his skin. Let's imagine that it's Walter in front of her instead of Cloud. Theeeere we go.]

[Later it might occur to him that Stella's embarrassed at his half-undressed state, but now he just figures she wants to get home to Senel.

But that bruise on her cheek. Yeowch.] Let's get to my house. I have something that can heal that for you.

... Yes. All right. [She shifts Sophie in her arms, allowing her to rest on one of her woman hips, and glances at the wall. Cloud's outfit is nice.]

[Cloud's outfit is black pants and boots. How is this nice.

Heading to the house with some uncomfortable silence now. At least it's right next door?]

[She means the shirt. It feels nice. 8|

To distract herself, Stella talks to Sophie. Though Sophie is already a girl of few words, she still responds and points to things. This is also to avoid stares. After all, it's not every day that Cloud walks around shirtless with Stella obviously wearing his shirt trailing behind him.]

[Thankfully, home is right over there, so after Cloud opens the door for Stella and shows her over to the couch he heads to his room to pull on a shirt and then to Denzel's to get the Restore.]

[Sophie's fallen asleep against Stella, and since she's gained her father's sleeping habits, Stella lays her down on the couch and covers her up without any fuss. She'll be stroking her hair once he gets back with a pensive look on her face.]

[Cloud spots that face, but he doesn't say anything as he takes a seat next to her. He holds the Restore in one hand and touches his free one to her cheek, eyes lowering and gaining that distant look that makes them glow brighter as he casts a first-level Cure.]

[Stella shuts her eyes, not just because of the healing, but the hand against her cheek. She knows she shouldn't, but... it's such a soft touch. Some of the bruise is still there, but at least it doesn't hurt as much anymore. Besides, she can heal it later.]

[Cloud doesn't move his hand, though when he comes back to himself he frowns to see her cheek hasn't healed completely. Damn materia's so twitchy here. He brushes his thumb against her skin.]

[Instead of moving away like she should, Stella leans her head against the touch and lifts her hand to cover Cloud's. Although his hands are rough from fighting with a sword for so long, it's still warm in contrast to the cold outside.

She opens her eyes, intending to say "thank you" and leave because this is way too risky, but her voice catches in her throat, and her intentions vanish. He's really close like this...]

[Kissing her would be a horrible idea.

Cloud does it anyway.]

[This is where Stella's supposed to widen her eyes, push him away, then ask him what in the world he did that for while thinking of how to keep this hidden from Senel.

And she doesn't do any of those things. Instead, she shuts her eyes again and leans into it.]

[When he pulls back to breathe, it should've been the point where he stops and asks himself "WHAT ARE YOU DOING." Instead he just lifts his free hand to the back of her neck and kisses her again.]

[As Stella breathes, she shouldn't have smiled like she did, and she shouldn't have rested her hands against his chest as she scooted closer and met him halfway to return that kiss. She's digging herself into a hole here, but that thought's pushed right out of her mind. There are more important things to think about. Or not to think about.]

[Somewhere down the line Cloud realizes that the hair slipping through his fingers is blond, and that the woman he's kissing is Stella. Stella Coolidge. He doesn't want to stop -hell, it felt like he'd been waiting for this forever but he knows if he doesn't then things will get a lot (better?) worse.

So he takes her shoulders and yanks his had back, glancing down.

At Sophie.

...oh no. What did he just do?]

[By this time, they're chest to chest, and Stella's running her fingers through his hair - wild and spiky like his - with her other hand on his cheek; that is, until he pulls away. Sophie's sleeping behind her, so she figures he just needs some air. She tries to lean forward again, but his hands are on her shoulders, and that delay causes her to clear her mind a little and take another look.

It's Cloud. It's Cloud. She's kissing Cloud and she can see her wedding band in plain sight against his cheek, and Nerifes, what has she done?]

C-Cloud-

[Cloud very calmly stands up and leaves the room, disappearing into the adjoining kitchen.

Then he puts his back to the wall and presses his hands to his face. OH GOD HE JUST MADE THE WORST MISTAKE EVER.]
