Nnn... [Cloud shakes his head minutely, and tries to push himself up again. He can move himself; the last thing he wants to see is Zack's face when he's looking like this. Besides, he's already sick with worry over how long Aerith had been gone. He didn't need anything else.]

[Oh for, would you give the woman a break, she needs to make sure all the gashes are closed properly before you go doing that-] Cloud! Please, just a few more moments, and then we can get you cleaned up somewhere.

[Normally he would, but he can feel somebody watching them with his creepy sixth-sense thing he sometimes has (thank you for that Jenova, really). He doesn't know who it is or what they want, but if Raine ends up getting slaughtered because of him he'll never forgive himself.

Cloud grits his teeth and pushes himself up; half falls off the bench, half slides off intentionally and finds his feet. There's a sword that appeared to be laying beneath him kind of sticking in his side, and he grabs the hilt with every intent of yanking it out-

...maybe not yet. So he just holds it there so it doesn't jostle and everything hurts and his hands are slick and red, but he grabs Raine's hand and tries to pull her with him. Where's the clinic. He doesn't even know.]

Somebody's here. [He's gasping like he's out of breath, probably because he is. His knees are shaking and he feels dizzy, like he's about to pass out, but they have to leave.] We have to...to go right now.

Here just -- [For goodness sake, what are they going to do about that sword. And there's no way he can get there on his own. But she forces herself to be calm and think. At least she has her bearings as far as directions go - that building can't be too far.] Just -- we'll go to the clinic, but I need you to lean on me, as much as you can.

[Yeah, no problem there Raine. Cloud'll lean on her but still try and sweep the plaza, looking for whoever was watching them. If it's Yazoo or Kadaj he'll have to fight.

[He wants to tell her about how the bullets in Yazoo's gunblade were different; it wasn't materia at all. He'd taught himself new, or they had some help on the side.

But right about now he's using his breath and concentration to stay on his feet, so he just bobs his head in a weary nod and plods onward.]

Cloud would hold the door open but he's kind of making sure this sword doesn't go anywhere -seeing as how it's in his side and belongs to him anyway- and they hopefully head over to one of the beds so he can hurry up and get the hell off his feet.]

[Yeah, the healspamming is at least closing the knife wounds and everything else. Cloud's skin is still mostly red from drying blood, but he's more cold and exhausted than he is in horrible pain, now. Except this wound in his side isn't closing, and Raine looks very, very tired.
