[Cloud is lying on a bench in the central plaza, rather late at night. He could be sleeping, but sleeping people usually don't bleed all over creation or have a five-foot ridiculous-looking broadsword sticking out of their side. Of course, that's kind of hard to tell in the darkness, sooo...]

[He wants to tell her about how the bullets in Yazoo's gunblade were different; it wasn't materia at all. He'd taught himself new, or they had some help on the side.

But right about now he's using his breath and concentration to stay on his feet, so he just bobs his head in a weary nod and plods onward.]

Cloud would hold the door open but he's kind of making sure this sword doesn't go anywhere -seeing as how it's in his side and belongs to him anyway- and they hopefully head over to one of the beds so he can hurry up and get the hell off his feet.]

[He's lucky that now's not the time for lecturing. Just wound cleaning, and making sure that at least the minor cuts have sealed properly.

But she's pushing it, now.]

Magic just won't do it. You're going to need stitches.

[Yeah, the healspamming is at least closing the knife wounds and everything else. Cloud's skin is still mostly red from drying blood, but he's more cold and exhausted than he is in horrible pain, now. Except this wound in his side isn't closing, and Raine looks very, very tired.

Cloud puts a hand on hers.] You need to clean up and lay down before you fall over.

[She frowns at him, giving him a fresh towel to hold on the wound.] When you're more stable, I'll see if there's anyone that can help. [Though he is fairly stable now; he should be able to tell the bloodflow for himself.]

I'm fine. [Technically. He's not bleeding all over and he's still in "survival" mode so he hasn't had a chance to stop and think about what the fuck just happened, but. So to speak, he's fine.]

[Fine, fine. Just have one last spell, to be sure.] First aid.

[... Yeah, that's pretty tiring.] Just keep applying the pressure... and don't go anywhere.

All right. [Cloud's actually...a little freaked out to see her go, but the lady's got to get some rest. He stamps down the childish urge to ask her to stay and just settles himself on the bed gingerly, eyes darting about and doing his best to block out the smell of chemicals.]

[She'll definitely be back. Just not... as soon as she was intending.]
