What is this storyline nonsense?

It's not nonsense, Sig, it's the freaking storyline. That thing you follow until the great big bad guy bites the dust and you get half an hour of credits with a somewhat interesting song and recaps in the form of shrunken screenshots or official art. The only reason you sit through the credits is the blind hope that maybe, hopefully, there's some cool scene afterward that alludes to maybe a sequel.

...but to do that, first I gotta go beat the dungeon boss. I don't see what's so hard to understand about this.
