Alcohol and coffee. [Zack smirks to himself and climbs a tree to get up on the roof, since drinking in the yard is boring.]

[Cloud grumbles that there's nothing wrong with coffee and rummages in the cupboards before finding a bottle of rum left over from Nina's visit. Yayyy Nina!

Thankfully, he heard Zack climbing all over the roof and doesn't go back outside and wonder where the hell his wife went. Instead he just jumps and hoists himself up via the overhand, and heads over to Zack's side with the bottle.]

[Zack's lying on his back in the middle, and he stretches a hand out to reach for it.] Winner gets first drink. Hand it over.

You're an alcoholic. [Cloud obediently relinquishes the bottle, though, and settles down to lay beside him, hands behind his head.]

Hey, I haven't had a drink for a while. I think I've earned the right to indulge. [He takes a good swig, much like a shot, making a face because OH GOD THE BURN. But it's a good burn, so he passes the bottle back over to Cloud.]

[Cloud takes a swig himself, keeping hold on the bottle but setting it to rest on his stomach as he stares up at the night sky.]
