Dio: Blonde man with the ability to stop time(?). Any and all information on him would be appreciated.
Diavolo: Tortured his daughter, mentally unstable.
Yggdrasil: An enemy from Lloyd's world; apparently an...angel. He can assume the form of a young blonde boy, but he can appear older, too. He has enhanced reflexes and...uh, angel magic. Or just spells and stuff; regardless, sounds like something to look out for.
Hojo: A scientist from my world. He's a thin, greasy, sleazy freak with black hair and glasses. I don't know if he's still retained his...powers...but he's manipulative and dangerous.
Kadaj: Looks like a younger version of Sephiroth (short silver hair, green eyes). He's mentally unstable and pretty much a deluded freak in every way. My recommendation is to stay far the hell away from him, and tell me ASAP when you see him.
Orochimaru: Tall, pale, long black hair, serpentine eyes. He can summon snakes several hundred feet long and fights with a longsword. Clever, can assume other people's identities.
This woman: I dunno her name, but she calls herself a "Noah," and is attempting to form alliances with Dio and Diavolo. She's been feeing them information, and she can apparently assume other forms as well.
If you have anyone to add, please tell me so I can list them here.

I have identified a woman I believe to be a 'Noah' on token of her mentioning the Exorcists which you follow leader, Mark, has mentioned a few times in his entries. By referencing old posts (http://noah-morpher.livejournal.com/5015.html) on this network, I believe that it proves that she is a known murderess. I don't know her name, but her main target appears to be this 'Exorcist' group. Her abilities are morphic in nature, though she must be skilled in combat as well, for as I understand it, the victim mentioned in that post, Cless, is a member of the Blue Rogues -- who are a militant group, yes? By morphic... I mean that I think it highly likely she can change her appearance and voice at will. Much like the Orochimaru you have mentioned, I think she can be anyone.
I believe this woman is attempting to forge an alliance between her, Diavolo, and Dio. As the filters on your previous entries apparently did not exclude her, she informed them of the basics of the content of them -- namely, that you are on watch about them. Both Diavolo and Dio have agreed to this alliance, for various reasons.
About Diavolo, I have learned one thing about his ability -- it too relates to time. I claimed that the 'timeline is his plaything' and that his power is based on something he called the 'Requiem...' which he appears very confident in the invincibility of, but he has joined with her for what I can assume is information purposes. He considers himself to be, or at least calls himself, 'the Devil,' who I believe is a Terran deity of evil, no?
And of Dio... his primary objective is to end something called the 'Joestar line,' which I assume is some Terran family from his own planet. There is boy in hiding right now who is apparently named 'Josuke' who he will likely try to assassinate relatively soon. This woman I mention above supplied him with the rough location of Josuke's hiding place, so I will be going ahead to try to combat him there, or at least pinpoint a Gate location in that area so I might regularly check it. Because of the fact that is is possible that this woman will break your encryption, in the interest of the boy's safety, I will not tell you the exact location, but I recommend that you give the boy warning, as well as inform him of my intentions.
In conclusion. this Josuke is a target, but even more so are these 'Exorcists' -- this woman's part of both bargains was that Dio and Diavolo would actively hunt them.
...On a lighter note, your fiance is a wonderful woman.
